Founding Date: 1951

Objectives: To make changes in global organisations so that they are answerable to the people they affect, and international laws are strengthened and applied equally to all.

Main projects in globalisation studies: Research on indicators of accountability for inter-governmental organisations, non-government organisations and transnational corporations, global governance of climate change issues/reduction of emissions, peace and security (International Criminal Court).

Outputs: Parliamentary lectures, various publications, workshops and forums on accountability, climate change and peace and security.

Staff numbers: 5 full-time staff members (including Director), 1 part-time staff member, and 1 intern.
